Shipping policy
Hussain Jewellery ships to Canada and the United States.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping to Canada and the US is free on every order. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Made to order
Every piece is made for you after you order, including the name, date or words you choose. Your order ships in about 5 business days (Monday to Friday, not counting holidays).
Delivery time after it ships
- Most personalized necklaces, sets and keepsakes: about 2 to 5 business days to the US, and 4 to 8 business days to Canada.
- Some engraved pieces and accessories: about 8 to 18 business days, because they ship from an international production partner.
Each product page shows the estimated arrival window for that piece before you buy.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Order changes
Because pieces are made to order, please check names and spelling before you check out. If you need to change something, email us right away at support@traderhussain.com. Once production has started we may not be able to change the order.
Customs and duties
Orders to Canada and the US are shipped from partners in North America or internationally. If a shipment is charged import duties or taxes on delivery, contact us and we will help.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking stops updating for more than 10 business days, or your piece arrives damaged, email support@traderhussain.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will replace it.
