Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags, certificates, or boxes
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Customized or personalized jewelry
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment
- Please allow 5β10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12β24 hours of placement. After this period, your order may already be processed and shipped.
